After photographing the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics for LA28, I was inspired to create the photo series "Training for LA28". This series takes a day-in-the-life approach, capturing Olympic hopefuls as they train for their dream of representing Team USA at the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics. Some are past Olympians, while others are just beginning their journey. Some I’ve known for years, while others I’ve only recently met.
